Dr Adeola's experience in private practice gave her an insight to set up a place that is in line with global best practices. Having worked in reputable dental clinics such as Smiley dental care, Smile 360 Dental specialists, and SS dental clinics; she saw that it could be replicated here in Nigeria.

The desire to meet people's dental needs and seeing there would be no need for such medical trips anymore fueled the decision to come to an under-served area which is on the Lekki corridor.

Ridge Dental started in Victoria Island but then came to the present location especially to render service to Nigerians that were relocating back from the diaspora. Ever since then, it's been a rewarding experience. We created a place where customer service, clinical excellence, customer satisfaction, and genuine care are given.

We believe the patient too is a stakeholder in the management of whatever condition they present with, they are carried along every step of the process, they are fully aware and told what to expect and what the likely outcomes are. So it is a doctor-patient relationship throughout. What we do is about the people who come in contact with us.
